In 2024, SCX released this version of the Fiat 131 Abarth with reference U10499S300. Like the previous versions, it featured rear-wheel drive, front and rear LED lights, and a guide blade with automatic return and double braid. In yellow, blue and white, with "4 ROMBI CORSE / OLIO FIAT" livery and #7, it carries the Rally Sanremo decal and the names of M. Alén and I. Kivimäki on the doors. For this model, SCX drew inspiration from the car driven by Alén and Kivimäki at Sanremo in 1980.

El Fiat 131 Abarth fue el coche con el que Fiat dominó el Mundial de Rallyes a finales de los 70, logrando los títulos de constructores en 1977, 1978 y 1980. Preparado por Abarth sobre la base del 131 Mirafiori, montaba un motor 2.0 de 16 válvulas y tracción trasera, con unos 230 CV y menos de 1.000 kg de peso. Durante el Sanremo de 1980 Fiat tuvo problemas por una huelga en Mirafiori y ante la imposibilidad de participar con los coches oficiales recurrió a coches de equipos satélite: el de Röhrl del Jolly Club, el de Alén del equipo 4 Rombi Corse y el de Bettega del River Team. A pesar de que Alén y Kivimäki no pudieron finalizar la prueba por un problema en el motor SCX escogió este coche como modelo para su referencia U10499S300.
