In 2024, SCX released a new Toyota Yaris Rally1 Hybrid, reference U10529S300. The model featured four-wheel drive using a rear-axle motor with pulley-and-belt transmission to the front axle, front and rear LED lights, and a self-centering guide with twin braids. Finished in matt/satin black with red and white Toyota Gazoo Racing graphics, it carries the Rally Sweden decal and the names of K. Rovanperä and J. Halttunen on the rear side windows. Although SCX markets it as a Toyota Yaris WRC, the car actually represents a new-generation hybrid Rally1 WRC machine.

The Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 Hybrid was developed by Toyota Gazoo Racing for the hybrid Rally1 regulations introduced in the World Rally Championship in 2022. Powered by a 1.6-litre turbo engine, four-wheel drive and a 100 kW hybrid system supplied by a 3.9 kWh battery, it produced more than 500 hp in combined operation. The #69 Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 Hybrid of Kalle Rovanperä and Jonne Halttunen competed in the 2024 Rally Sweden for Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT. Rovanperä showed strong pace early on, but contact with a snowbank cost him his chance of victory, and he eventually finished well down the order after rejoining the rally. Although SCX markets the model as a Toyota Yaris WRC, the real car was a new-generation hybrid Rally1 WRC car.
