The 2023 CLUB SCALEXTRIC car was a new version of the Fiat 131 Abarth with reference U10489S300. Like previous versions, it came with rear-wheel drive, front and rear LED lights, and a guide rail with automatic return and double braid. In blue and white, it carries "SCALEXTRIC" livery, the #23 corresponding to the year as was customary for Club cars, and although it features a Rally Monte Carlo decal, it is not a replica of any real car.

The Fiat 131 Abarth was the car with which Fiat dominated the World Rally Championship in the late 1970s, claiming the constructors' titles in 1977, 1978 and 1980. Prepared by Abarth on the basis of the 131 Mirafiori, it was fitted with a 2.0-litre 16-valve engine and rear-wheel drive, producing around 230 bhp and weighing under 1,000 kg.
