During 2000/2001, Altaya launched a 60-part collection containing the components needed to assemble a Scalextric circuit. The collection included two rally cars: a Ford Focus and a SEAT Córdoba. This Ford Focus featured four-wheel drive powered by a motor with a double-ended shaft, front and rear lights using optical transmission, and a guide with double braids. Finished in white with blue and red stripes and “VALVOLINE” livery, it carries race number 6, the Catalunya–Costa Brava Rally decal, and the names Sainz and Moya on the rear side windows. Its white front auxiliary light pod is a distinctive feature. The Altaya model reproduces the actual car that competed in this rally in 2000.
