In 1996 Tyco marketed two new versions of the Subaru Impreza with references 8385 and 8395. Like the previous models, both came with lights and four-wheel drive through a dual-axle motor. This model reference 8358 in white with #4 features "IGOL SUBARU" livery and decals from the Monte Carlo rally and drivers Béguín / Tiber. It is clearly inspired by the car with which these drivers achieved fourth position in the 1996 Monte Carlo rally.

The Subaru Impreza 555 was born in 1993 when the Subaru team debuted in the World Rally Championship with a new blue and yellow livery, along with main sponsor State Express 555. The car was an evolution of the Impreza WRX 4WD developed by Prodrive according to Group A regulations. In the 1996 Monte Carlo Rally, Bernard Béguin / "Tilber" (Christian Gilbert) achieved fourth position with a private Subaru Impreza #4, sponsored by "IGOL" similar to the model marketed by Tyco.
