In 2002, Tecnitoys released a “starter circuit” that included two exclusive models: a Seat Ibiza, reference 8055b, and a Renault Maxi Mégane, reference 8055a. The Seat Ibiza, using the same mold as in previous years, featured rear-wheel drive and no lights. Painted yellow and bearing #41, it carried the names of Víctor Abreu and Luís Rodríguez on the rear windows and was most likely inspired by the real car they drove in the 2001 Rally Palma-Canaria Norte.
