The Mini Cooper S was one of the most iconic cars in rallying during the 1960s. Small, lightweight, and with front-wheel drive, it surprised everyone by outperforming much more powerful cars thanks to its agility and excellent cornering. Its most competitive version mounted a 1,275 cc engine that delivered around 90-100 hp, but with a weight under 700 kg it was pure dynamite on twisty sections. With reference 6396, Tecnitoys reproduced this 1970 Mini Cooper that participated in class F of the Rally de la Llana in 2007, driven by Jorge Dinares and Franc Dinares.
