In 2006, within the "Classics" collection, Tecnitoys launched a Seat Panda reference 6196, which came with rear-wheel drive, front and rear LED lights, and guide with automatic return. This model in white with #115, decorated with "ULLOA OPTICA" branding and the names of C. Sainz and J. Lacalle does not carry any Rally decals, but is a reproduction of the car that competed in the 1981 Critérium Luis de Baviera.

The SEAT Panda 45 Rally was a competition adaptation of the popular Spanish utility vehicle from the early 1980s, designed for promotional rallies and single-make cups. With its slightly tuned 903 cc engine, very controlled weight, and front-wheel drive, it stood out more for its reliability and low cost than for pure performance, becoming a true driving school in the national racing scene. Carlos Sainz and Juanjo Lacalle participated in the 1981 Critérium Luis de Baviera driving a Seat Panda 45, although with a very modest result. This car served as the model for Tecnitoys' reference 6196.
