Impreza

In 2004, Tecnitoys commercialized two new versions of the Subaru Impreza, both corresponding to a blue model with "snow effect", featuring #7, graphics from the Wales Rally Great Britain and the names of Solberg/Mills on the rear windows. The first with reference 6149 came in an individual box, while the second incorporated a black headlight and came included in the "1000 Lakes Circuit" reference 8065. This model 6149 came with four-wheel drive powered by a dual-axle motor, front and rear LED lights, and a guide with automatic return system. It is a replica of the actual car with which Solberg and Mills competed in the 2004 Wales Rally GB. Curiously, there is a third version of the car without snow effect and off-catalogue, probably from this same year.

Petter Solberg and Phil Mills, driving a Subaru Impreza S10 WRC '04 from the 555 Subaru WRT team, won the 60th Wales Rally GB 2004. Tecnitoys replicated this car in its model 6149. The Subaru Impreza WRC '04 (S10) is an evolution of the WRC '03 (S9): it maintains the same base, but Prodrive revised the aerodynamics, lightened panels, and tweaked suspensions and weight distribution. It also incorporated more advanced electronics and ECU, with better turbo management and differentials.
