In 2004, Tecnitoys commercialized a new version of the Ford Focus with reference 6147. This model used a new mold different from previous years' Focus models to adapt to the new actual version of the WRC 03. The car came with four-wheel drive powered by a dual-axis engine, front and rear LED lights, and guidance with an automatic return system. In white color with #7 and "CASTROL" decoration, it bore the Monte-Carlo Rally decal and the names of Märtin and Park on the rear windows. Tecnitoys replicated the real car that raced at Monte-Carlo in 2004.

In 2004, Markko Märtin and Michael Park at the controls of a Ford Focus RS WRC '03 from the Ford Motor Co. Ltd. team achieved second place at the Monte-Carlo Rally. This car served as the model for Tecnitoys' reference 6147. While the WRC 02 was a more conservative evolution of the previous model, the WRC 03 represented a radical evolution with an almost complete redesign of the car featuring a lighter body, a new front bumper, and an aerodynamically improved rear wing.
