In 2001 Tecnitoys marketed a new version of the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IV, which came with front and rear lights by optical transmission, four-wheel drive by a dual-axle motor and a tilting guide. The model in white colour with #3 and "NOKIA" livery carried the decal of the Spanish Gravel Rally Championship and the names of C.Solé and A.Sanchís on the rear window. For this model Tecnitoys was inspired by the car that won the 2000 Rally Ciudad de Linares, which was actually an EVO VI.
