In 2000 Tecnitoys released three new versions of the Peugeot 206, two in metallic grey with references 6025 and 6048 and a third one “mud effect” with reference 6051. Like the previous year's model, they came with front and rear lights with fiber optic transmission, four-wheel drive through a dual-axle motor and a tilting guide. Reference 6025 features generic "ESSO" livery and stands out for the compass rose on the roof and the number 99 on the door corresponding to the official presentation year of the Peugeot 206. It has no rally or driver decals as it was inspired by a model used for promotional and press events before its competition debut.
