RS 200

In 1987 Exin marketed two versions of the Ford RS 200, one in white and blue and another in white and red with references 4077 and 4078. The same versions with lights came with references 4078 and 4079. The car features four-wheel drive through a pulley system on the axles and a rubber belt on each side. This model reference 4077 #6 with "Shell" advertising faithfully corresponds to the car that participated in the 1986 Acropolis Rally (Grundel/Melander #6) with Greek texts on the event plate.

Between 1984 and 1986, approximately 200 units of Ford RS 200 were produced for Group B homologation, with power between 450 and 600 HP, a 1.8-liter engine, 4 cylinders in line, turbocharged, 5-speed manual transmission and all-wheel drive (4x4). In 1986 Kalle Grundel and Benny Melander, driving a Ford RS 200 from the official team, practically identical to the Exin model, participated in the 1986 Acropolis Rally, although they had to retire due to technical problems.
