Stratos

In 1982, the second series of Lancia Stratos was commercialized, headed by the black Lancia Stratos "Le Point" ref. 4065. Additionally, the Lancia Stratos "Alitalia" in yellow and white colors and "Marlboro/Grundig" in green and red colors were re-released, with chassis reference 4055/4065. This second series continues to carry orange-colored wheels, but differs from the first in the motor which is closed (RX-2), black side fuel caps, and numbering #3 for the "Marlboro/Grundig" decoration and #5 for "Alitalia". This car does not faithfully correspond to any real model, but represents the official Lancia Stratos team that ran with "Alitalia" sponsorship from 1974 onwards.

The Exin model does not correspond exactly to any real car or decoration, but can represent different cars with official "Alitalia" sponsorship that ran rallies between 1975 and 1977. The most frequent driver was Sandro Munari, who raced with different co-drivers such as Mario Mannuci (Monte Carlo and San Remo in 1975) or Silvio Maiga (Monte Carlo and San Remo in 1967 - 1977), Bernard Darniche / Alain Mahé won the Tour de France and the Tour de Corse on two occasions. This white "Alitalia" model could figuratively represent the vehicle with which Björn Waldegård / Hans Thorszelius raced in the 1975 Rally San Remo, although the original car combined white with green on the roof.
