Fiesta

After the 1980 release of the first Ford Fiesta models with reference 4057, in 1981 Exin issued a re-edition of the Fiesta in black with “BP” decals under reference 4061. The chassis shows the 4057/4061 reference. The car comes with an open (RX-1) motor. On the bonnet it carries a 1980 Rallye Monte-Carlo decal. The model does not represent a real car, since no Fiesta with “BP” livery competed at Monte-Carlo that year.

En el Rally de Montecarlo 1980, sólo participó un Fiesta MK1 pilotado por Salvador Servià y Áex Brustenga, pero de color blanco con rayas azules y patrocinio RACC Motosport. En ese rally, la decoración “BP Racing” documentada es la del Volkswagen Golf GTI #14 de Thérier/Vial. El modelo por lo tanto no se corresponde con ningun coche real.
