Gustavo Trelles is a Uruguayan rally driver. He made his World Rally Championship event debut on the 1981 Rally Brazil, where he finished sixth overall in a Fiat 147. During the following years he developed an extensive international career and his best outright WRC result came on the 1992 Rally Argentina, where he finished third in a Lancia Delta Integrale.
In the mid-1990s he focused on the Production or Group N category with various Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution models. He won four consecutive titles from 1996 to 1999: the first two with Jorge Del Buono as co-driver and the 1998 and 1999 titles with Martín Christie.
