Dani Solà

Dani Solà (Vic, Barcelona, January 3, 1976) is a Spanish rally driver with a career distinguished at both international and national levels. Junior World Rally Champion (JWRC) 2002: He gained fame by winning the FIA World Junior Rally Championship with Citroën, a title that put him on the world stage. Spanish Asphalt Rally Champion 2006: At the wheel of a Citroën C2 S1600, he became national asphalt champion, beating drivers such as Miguel Fuster and Sergio Vallejo. Spanish Gravel Rally Champion 2007: He also won the national gravel championship, demonstrating versatility across different surfaces. In the World Rally Championship (WRC) he competed in several seasons between the late 1990s and mid-2000s, racing for Mitsubishi, Citroën, and Ford in different categories, and scored his first WRC points with a sixth-place finish at Rally Catalonia. Following his spell in the world championship, Solà has remained active in regional events and rallysprint competitions and occasionally competes in or assists with historic and club events.
