Kalle Rovanperä
Finlàndia Kalle Rovanperä (Jyväskylä, Finland, 1 October 2000) is a Finnish rally driver and the son of fellow rally driver Harri Rovanperä. He began competing at a very young age in Latvia, where he won national titles before making his World Rally Championship debut. In 2019 he became WRC2 Pro champion with Škoda and in 2020 joined the works Toyota Gazoo Racing team.
In 2022 he won the World Rally Championship at the age of 22 years and one day, becoming the youngest WRC champion in history, and retained the title in 2023. He contested a partial programme with Toyota in 2024 while combining rallying with other disciplines. He returned to a full WRC programme in 2025 and, at the end of that season, closed his regular WRC career to focus on circuit racing in 2026, beginning with Japan’s Super Formula.
