Harri Rovanperä (Jyväskylä, Finland, 8 April 1966) is a former Finnish rally driver who competed regularly in the World Rally Championship between 1993 and 2006. Before his main WRC career he won the Finnish Group A up to 2,000 cc championship in 1995 in an Opel Astra.
In the World Championship he drove for SEAT, Peugeot, Mitsubishi and Red Bull Škoda. His only outright victory came on the 2001 Swedish Rally in a Peugeot 206 WRC with Risto Pietiläinen as co-driver. He contested 111 WRC events and achieved 15 podiums. After his WRC career he continued competing in other events and in 2010 won the Carrera Panamericana in a 1953 Studebaker. He is the father of Kalle Rovanperä, World Rally Champion in 2022 and 2023.
