Derek Ringer

Derek Ringer is a British rally co-driver best known for his partnership with Colin McRae. They competed together during McRae’s rise with Subaru and formed the World Championship-winning crew in 1995. Their first period together ended at the close of the 1996 season.

Ringer then continued his career with other drivers, including Martin Rowe, and accumulated more than seventy World Rally Championship starts. In 2002 he returned alongside Colin McRae for the final two events of the season after the Scottish driver had split with Nicky Grist.
