Robert Reid

Robert Reid is a former British rally co-driver best known for his partnership with Richard Burns. The pair began competing together in 1991 and maintained their partnership until 2003.

Burns and Reid achieved ten victories and 34 podiums in the World Rally Championship. Their first outright victory came on the 1998 Safari Rally with Mitsubishi. In 2001, by then with Subaru, they won the drivers' and co-drivers' world titles. After ending his co-driving career, Reid moved into motorsport management and governance. In 2021 he was elected FIA Deputy President for Sport.
