Phil Pugh

Phil Pugh is a Welsh rally co-driver best known for his partnership with Guy Wilks. Together they became British Rally Champions in 2007 in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX, securing the title on Wales Rally GB.

They later competed in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge, first in a Škoda Fabia S2000 in 2010 and then in a Peugeot 207 S2000 in 2011. In 2012 Pugh partnered Elfyn Evans on several WRC Academy rounds during the season in which the Welsh driver won the category's drivers' title.
