Phil Mills

Phil Mills (Trefeglwys, Wales, 30 August 1963) is a British rally co-driver best known for his partnership with Petter Solberg. The pair began competing together in the World Rally Championship in 1999 and later developed the main part of their career with Subaru.

Mills achieved 13 WRC victories and 40 podiums and in 2003 became World Champion co-driver alongside Solberg, who won the drivers' title. After Subaru withdrew from the championship at the end of 2008, he continued with Solberg in the Petter Solberg World Rally Team, using Citroën Xsara and C4 WRC cars until mid-2010. He later made occasional World Championship returns, including with Elfyn Evans in Corsica in 2018 and again with Solberg in Wales in 2019.
