Ken Miles

Ken Miles (1918–1966) was a British driver and engineer based in the United States, known for his decisive contribution to the development of the Shelby Cobra and the Ford GT40. He competed at Le Mans with MG in 1955 and was a key figure in Ford's victory over Ferrari in 1966. Regarded as one of the finest test drivers of his generation, he died during the development of the Ford J-Car just a few months after Le Mans.
