Bèlgica Freddy Loix (Tongeren, Belgium, 10 November 1970) is a Belgian rally driver. He made his World Rally Championship debut at the 1993 Sanremo Rally in an Opel Astra and competed with Toyota during the second half of the 1990s, achieving three WRC podium finishes: second in Portugal in 1997, third at the same event in 1998 and second in Catalunya that same year.
Between 1999 and 2004, he contested several WRC seasons with Mitsubishi, Hyundai and Peugeot, usually partnered by co-driver Sven Smeets. He subsequently focused much of his activity on European and national championships, finishing runner-up in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge in 2008.
Loix won the Belgian Rally Championship four years in a row, from 2013 to 2016. He is particularly associated with the Ypres Rally, which he won eleven times, an outright record for the event. In 2016, he ended his full-time career after securing his fourth consecutive Belgian title.
