Kaj Lindström is a Finnish rally co-driver and sporting official. In 2002 he became Tommi Mäkinen's co-driver and together they won the Monte Carlo Rally in a Subaru Impreza WRC, Lindström's only outright World Rally Championship victory and Mäkinen's last. Their partnership continued until the driver's retirement at the end of 2003.
In 2010 and 2011 he co-drove for Kimi Räikkönen in regular WRC programmes. In 2017 he returned to the World Championship with Juho Hänninen at Toyota Gazoo Racing. After Rally Australia that year he left the co-driver's seat to take on the role of sporting director for the team. Over his career he accumulated 110 WRC starts, six podiums and 33 stage wins.
