Juha Matti Pellervo Kankkunen (Laukaa, Finland, 2 April 1959) is a former Finnish rally driver. He won the World Rally Championship four times: in 1986 with Peugeot, in 1987 and 1991 with Lancia and in 1993 with Toyota. With the last of those titles he became the first driver to have won the world championship with three different manufacturers.

Kankkunen achieved 23 WRC victories. His first championship came with the Group B Peugeot 205 Turbo 16; he later competed with Lancia and Toyota during the main stages of his career. Outside the WRC he won the 1988 Dakar Rally in a Peugeot 205 T16 Grand Raid. His regular WRC career continued until 2002 and he made a one-off return on Rally Finland in 2010.
