Alberto Iglesias Pin

Alberto Iglesias Pin is a Spanish rally co-driver, closely associated with Asturian motorsport. One of his first major successes came alongside Alberto Hevia, with whom he won the Spanish Tarmac Rally Championship Co-drivers’ Cup in 2004, competing in a Renault Clio S1600. The pair won the competition again in 2010 with a Škoda Fabia S2000.

He later partnered Gorka Antxustegui for several seasons with Suzuki before beginning his association with José Antonio “Cohete” Suárez. From 2020, the Suárez-Iglesias pairing became one of the leading crews in Spanish rallying, mainly with Škoda and Recalvi Team. Iglesias won the Spanish Rally Super Championship co-drivers’ title in 2021, 2023 and 2025. In 2024, they claimed Rally2 Gravel gold for Spain at the FIA Motorsport Games in Valencia. In 2026 they also achieved their first overall European Rally Championship victory, winning Rally Sierra Morena in a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2.
