Nicolas Gilsoul

Nicolas Gilsoul (Chênée, Belgium, February 5, 1982) is a Belgian rally co-driver. He began his collaboration with Thierry Neuville in 2011 and, from 2012 onwards, competed regularly in the World Rally Championship. The pair joined the official Hyundai team in 2014 and achieved their first world championship victory at the Rally Germany that same year, which was also Hyundai's first WRC win. During his long partnership with Neuville, he secured thirteen victories and was runner-up in the co-drivers' world championship on five occasions, with notable wins including Argentina, Sardinia, Sweden, and the 2020 Monte Carlo Rally. Their collaboration ended shortly before the start of the 2021 season. In 2023 he returned to the top category, partnering French driver Pierre-Louis Loubet in a Ford Puma Rally1 for M-Sport, although the pair split before the end of the season.
