Elisabeth “Lilly” Genten (17 March 1966 – 27 November 2023) was a Belgian rally co-driver. She began competing in 1986 alongside Michel Luxen and in 1995 won the Belgian Group N title with Pascal Smets in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo II.

In 1998 she co-drove for Kris Princen in Renault Sport Belgium's Renault Mégane Maxi; the crew finished runner-up in Belgium. Her greatest national success came in 2002 alongside Dutch driver Rocco Theunissen in a Toyota Corolla WRC. They won the Bianchi Rally and Omloop Van Vlaanderen and Genten became Belgian co-drivers' champion. After Theunissen's death in 2003 she left regular co-driving.
