Guy Fréquelin (Langres, France, 2 April 1945) is a former rally driver and French motorsport director. He began competing as a co-driver in 1966, though he soon moved to the driver's seat and excelled in rallies, hillclimbs and circuit racing. He was French Rally Champion in 1977, 1983 and 1985. His best season in the World Championship came in 1981, when, alongside Jean Todt and at the wheel of a Talbot Sunbeam Lotus, he took victory at the Rally of Argentina and finished as runner-up in the World Championship. After retiring from competition, he led Citroën Sport from the late 1980s, a period during which the brand claimed multiple world titles.
