Bernard Consten
França Bernard Consten (February 4, 1932 – December 31, 2017) was a French racing driver and journalist, known for his close relationship with Citroën and his activity in rallying during the 1950s and 1960s. A member of Citroën's competition team, he excelled particularly in endurance and regularity events. In addition to his rallying career, Consten took part in circuit racing, including several editions of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, establishing a versatile record within motorsport. Alongside this, he developed a career as a specialist journalist, becoming an influential figure in the French motorsport press. Bernard Consten is remembered as one of the most prominent representatives of the post-war generation of French drivers associated with Citroën, contributing both on the competitive stage and in the promotion of motorsport.
