François Chatriot

François Chatriot (Compiègne, France, 1 January 1952) is a former French rally driver whose career developed mainly in the French Rally Championship and in several World Rally Championship events. For much of the 1980s he was partnered by co-driver Michel Périn.

Chatriot finished runner-up in the French championship in 1986 in a Renault 5 Maxi Turbo and was second overall on that year's Tour de Corse. His main titles came with BMW: he became French Rally Champion in 1989 and 1990 in a BMW M3. He again finished second on the Tour de Corse in 1989. He later competed in the World Championship and French series with manufacturers including Subaru, Nissan, Toyota and Peugeot.
