Carlo Cassina is an Italian rally co-driver born in 1960. His main World Rally Championship result came on the 1988 Rally Portugal, when he temporarily replaced Tiziano Siviero as Miki Biasion's co-driver. In the Lancia Delta Integrale they won the event, Cassina's only WRC victory.

During his career he contested around thirty WRC events and later worked with other drivers. They included Valentino Rossi, whom he co-drove for on several rally appearances and in various editions of the Monza Rally Show.
