Àlex Brustenga
Catalunya Àlex Brustenga i Regard was a Catalan rally driver and co-driver, particularly associated with Salvador Servià. Between 1977 and 1981, he was Servià’s regular co-driver in the Spanish Rally Championship, initially in SEAT models and later in Fords. One of his best international results came at the 1980 Monte Carlo Rally, where Servià and Brustenga finished ninth overall and third in Group 2 in a Ford Fiesta 1600. They finished third in the Spanish Rally Championship that year and again in 1981, also winning the 1981 Critèrium Montseny-Guilleries.
Brustenga also competed as a driver. In 1986, he contested the Spanish Gravel Rally Championship in a SEAT Ibiza Bimotor, with Joan Sabater as his co-driver, and finished sixth in the final standings.
