Mohammed Ahmad Sultan Ben Sulayem (Dubai, 12 November 1961) is a former Emirati rally driver and motorsport administrator. Between 1986 and 2002 he won the Middle East Rally Championship (MERC) fourteen times and accumulated 61 international rally victories. During his career he also contested World Rally Championship events in Toyota and Ford cars.
A major part of his success came alongside Irish co-driver Ronan Morgan, with whom he won ten MERC titles. Ben Sulayem ended his regular driving career in 2002 and later developed a career in motorsport administration. He was elected FIA President in 2021 and re-elected for a second term in December 2025.
