Daniel Balash

Daniel Balasch Martín is a Catalan rally driver. In 2000, aged 18, he was selected for the Reto Ka programme of the Carlos Sainz Junior Team by Ford, beginning a period of participation in national asphalt and gravel events.

From 2001 he formed a regular partnership with co-driver Manel Muñoz. His results include sixth overall on the 2005 Rally Costa Brava in a Citroën C2 GT. He later continued competing mainly in Catalonia and used various cars, including Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution models and a Ford Fiesta R5.
