Bernard Béguin (Grenoble, France, 24 September 1947) is a former French rally driver. He won the French Rally Championship four times, in 1979, 1991, 1992 and 1993, and also competed in circuit and endurance racing, including appearances at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
His main World Rally Championship success came on the 1987 Tour de Corse, which he won driving a BMW M3. It was his only outright WRC victory. He continued to contest World Championship events in the following years and made his final appearance in the series on the 1996 Monte Carlo Rally in a Subaru Impreza.
