Nasser Al-Attiyah

Nasser Al-Attiyah (born 21 December 1970 in Doha, Qatar) is one of the most prominent drivers in rally-raid and Arab motorsport. He has won the prestigious Dakar Rally on six occasions (2011, 2015, 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2026), establishing himself as one of the dominant figures of the event in the modern era. In addition to his raid successes, he has competed in the World Rally Championship, achieving several victories in the WRC2 category and making sporadic appearances in the top category. He has also been FIA Cross-Country Rally World Cup champion on multiple occasions. Outside motorsport, he is a notable Olympic shooter in the skeet discipline, in which he won the bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games.
